rdyboost.sys is blamed in one of the dmp file. As I can see, you have 4GB ram right? I don't think you need ready boost for more than 2GB ram machine. disable ready boost it really does not help.

Also, please download third party called memtestx86, burn it to CD using http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/W7.htm and let it run for at least 5 passes.

In looking through your drivers, I see that you have AVG anti virus installed. AVG is known to cause BSOD, on some systems. I suggest that you uninstall it while trouble shooting using the uninstall tool > Info > Tool (32bit) - Tool (64 bit). If you have AVG Identity Protection installed, uninstall it also >Info > Tool. I recommend that you install MSE and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.

To disable readyboost follow these 7 easy steps:

1. Go to the start menu
2. Go to control panel
3. Click on Performance Information and Tools
4. Click Advanced Tools which can be found on the navigation bar to the left of the window.
5. Click on Configure my Windows ReadyBoost device
6. You will now be at the Windows ReadyBoost Properties.
7. To disable ReadyBoost simply select the option that is labeled 'Do not use this device'.
