Hi and welcome to the forums.

Unfortunately your minidump is corrupted and could not be opened. Try this method: Upload your dump files - https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...en-forums.html

Also please fill in your system specs.
Go to your User CP at the top of the page, look in the left column and click on Edit system specs. Filling in your specs will help us help you.

You can make this easier by downloading Speccy
    .

Did you do an upgrade install or a clean install formatting you hard drive first?

Please do use links. Rapidshare is a PITA if one is not a member and many of us on the BOSD team are not members. Please follow the instructions in this link. They will and do work.

I do go to RapidShare and download the dumps.

Both dumps show the same error code:

    STOP 0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    Usual causes: Device drive
Both of the dumps point to the driver, netw5v32.sys, as the cause of the crashes.

You have a number of obsolete drivers on your system. Win 7 does not like old drivers and they can definitely cause crashes.

Notice that driver the dumps pointed to as causing the crashes is obsolete. Begin by updating the driver. Next, update all the drivers dated 2008. Then update the rest of the drivers on the list. Update the drivers by first searching for them on the Acer site. If you don't find them there, go to the manufacturers' sites. Use Device Manager as a last resort.

    How to update drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).

    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
After you update your drivers, reboot and run your system. Post back and let us know the results.
