This one crash seems to be caused by nvm62x32.sys, Fri Oct 17 17:00:39 2008 (48F8FCF7) which is part of your networking driver. I would download and install a fresh copy. Especially because that driver is over 2 years old.

Let us know if you need further assistance

I have my network nic's disabled and running a pci wireless card do that make a difference or should I still update the onboard network drivers.

That driver appears to be 32bit. your specs say 64bit?

Seems to be working fine now since I updated the NVIDIA drivers and updated the BIOS.

    Thanks
