    Hi and welcome to SF
    STOP 0x000000FC: ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY

    Usual causes: Device driver
As u can see, this is possibly device driver issue.

Please remove any Virtual CD program such as Deamon tool or Alcohol 120%, they use sptd.sys, which I found in the loaded driver, it is well known for causing BSOD. Therefore, please remove Deamon tool first, then use this tool to get rid of sptd.sys
    http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads

If you need a alternative program, you can use magicdisc, I haven't seen they caused BSODs related to sptd.sys:
    Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

You have some out of date drivers, please update them:
    Code:
    RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Thu Dec 20 17:01:18 2007 (476A3D6E) Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver
    RtNdPt60 RtNdPt60.sys Tue Dec 11 09:49:52 2007 (475DFAD0) Netgear GA511 Driver file (Realtek chipset)
    PCASp50a64 PCASp50a64.sys Wed Nov 29 09:45:19 2006 (456CF43F) PCAUSA NDIS 5.0 SPR Protocol Driver (AMD64) - PCAUSA Rawether
    jswpslwfx jswpslwfx.sys Thu May 15 17:28:50 2008 (482C1062) D-Link USB Wireless Adapter Driver

Please do all of those things, if still BSODs, we will get to next step

    Regard,

    Tuan
