    I agree that they all over place.
    STOP 0x000000FC: ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY

    Usual causes: Device driver
    STOP 0x00000024: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM

    Usual causes: Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure
    STOP 0x00000124: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

    Usual causes: Hardware, Incompatibility, May be driver corruption
    It sounds to me that this is hardware issue buddy

    For the one with stop code 124, read this article to know what it is and what to try:
    https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...-what-try.html

    For the stop code 24, please do these 2 things:
    Disk Check
    and
    HD Diagnostic (Instruction, please go to the manufacture site to download their diagnostic tool)

    Code:
    BugCheck FC, {fffff8800c1c4820, 8000000002617963, fffff8800c1c4690, 2}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt! ?? ::FNODOBFM::`string'+424d7 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    BugCheck 124, {0, fffffa8006659028, be000000, 800400}

    Probably caused by : hardware

    BugCheck 24, {1904fb, fffff8800969ff18, fffff8800969f780, fffff80002ea43c2}

    Alright so i have followed steps 1-6 and 8-9 on the generic stop error 0x0124. No problems/ errors arose. I then commenced to the dskchk and hd tune Pro. I had no errors except for 17 communication errors on Hd Tune. It recommends to change sata cables, i have yet to try... After feeling a little bit more confident in my hardware, i went back to using my comp normally. Unfortunately, while using Sony Vegas 9 my comp bsod, again... I have Diagnosed the mini dump to the best of my ability, which is just really reading what process caused the error, and it turned up to be
    Sony Vegas 9. I will uninstall and reinstall Vegas, but to be able to not use it would essentially eliminate half of what i use my computer for. A better diagnosis of my dump files would be awesome, and any advice on what to do to make my computer more stable would be even better!

    This time, the stop code is 24 again with ntfs.sys was blamed, it is your hard drive controller driver. Please do the disk check as I mentioned earlier and do HD diagnostic as well (both links are above). For the HD diagnostic, it would be best if you can go to the HD manufacture's site to download their diagnostic tool

    Code:
    BugCheck 24, {1904fb, fffff8800a2e0048, fffff8800a2df8b0, fffff8000300a657}

    Probably caused by : Ntfs.sys ( Ntfs!NtfsRestartIndexEnumeration+271 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------

    PROCESS_NAME:  VegasMovieStud
    It's not bad idea to reinstall VegasMpvieStud though

    In looking through your driver, I also see that sptd.sys was loaded. It is component of Deamon tool or Alcohol 120%, known for causing BSOD. Please remove Deamon tool or Alcohol 120%. Then use this tool to remove sptd.sys:
    DuplexSecure - Downloads

    Code:
    sptd     sptd.sys     Mon Oct 12 03:55:14 2009 (4AD24632)

    Hi! ragnarok1900, and ttran,

    Not sure if you are familiar with Nirsoft products, but he offers a newly updated Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files. analyzer.

    It may offer more precise information on where to look.
    From what I have read it does not fix, only analyzes.

    Borrowed from site:

    System Requirements

    • BlueScreenView works with Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, and Windows 7, as long as Windows is configured to save minidump files during BSOD crashes.
    • BlueScreenView can read the MiniDump files of both 32-bit and x64 systems.
    I have it in my Chest O' Marks, But have not needed it yet,
    KOW! (Knock on Wood!)

    One other item, some of Nirsoft's utilities can be, ahhh...invasive in looking over a system for information, and send up a false positive when one goes to download or install, but I have never had any problems.

    I have uninstalled VCD ( Virtual Clone Drive, like Daemon tools) and removed sptd.sys. I then proceeded with dskchk and then the hd diagnostics ( i ended up using seagate software, as i was adviced to do so with a western digital hd). After 4 hours the hd diagnostic test passed. No more than 10 minuets into the os i bsod again with a 3b stop error code. It blue screened while i was just browsing through my C drive. I had removed one of the two video cards under a suspicion i had, but that seems to not be the case.

    I'm running in circles with this problem and its driving me nuts!

    A diagnosis of my dump file is appreciated but I'm doubting it will come up with anything less than a vague windows core file as the culprit. Any help for a solution to this problem would be fantastic and is always appreciated!

    Please run memtestx86 as exception code is c00005 which usually memory related, burn it to CD using Iso recorder: ISO Recorder v3 and let it run for at least 7 passes.

    Run system file check:
    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff960001363fb, fffff88005e83180, 0}

    What is the brand/model of your PSU? A bad PSU can show up as random, hard-to-diagnose errors.

    Do you have another video card you can test with?

    What anti-virus are you running? I don't see any installed...I just need to confirm.

    So last night i let memtest86+ run for 8 passes, no errors. I also ran sfc / scannow. It completed fine but said that there were some errors it could not solve but were logged.

    After this round of tests i ran my computer on a completely different hard drive with a fresh os. I installed no drivers or updates. the system crashed within 5 minuets. This crash was then followed by 2 more crashes for consistency. Here are the minidumps, hopefully these will reveal the true problem. Fyi i have a different mother board with a different processor that run these parts (ram, graphics card, hard drive) just fine so i really doubt it is my ram, graphics card, or hard drive.

    Jonathan_King, i am running a 585watt Orion OEM. This was a very stupid mistake of me to buy this psu, but at the time i had little knowledge. I probably should have upgraded by now (looking at 850watt Corsair). I wouldn't be surprised if i was depriving the cpu or gpu's during full loads, but even when i switch to single gpu i still bsod. Also, i do not have a different gpu other than the ones i am using and i don't have any anti virus or spyware atm.

    Any help is greatly obliged.
