    The stop code 24 is usually related to hard drive issue. Ntfs.sys, which is hard drive controller driver was blamed. Therefore, I would suggest you to run a disk check and hard drive diagnostic. Here are instructions:
    To perform a disk check: Disk Check
    To perform HD diagnostic: HD Diagnostic (please download diagnostic tool from the hard drive manufacture site).

    BUGCHECK SUMMARY:
    Code:
    BugCheck 24, {1904fb, fffff880088e35d8, fffff880088e2e40, fffff80002cb4085}

    Probably caused by : Ntfs.sys ( Ntfs!NtfsDeleteInternalAttributeStream+f8 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    PROCESS_NAME:  System
    Please remove Virtual CD program such as Deamon tool or Alcohol 120%, they use sptd.sys, which I found in the loaded drivers. Please use this tool to remove sptd.sys.

    Error code 24 is essential a hardware or hardware related error code.
    Usual causes: Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure
    I saw evidence in the dmp of corrupted memory. Follow Ttran's advice and see if the sptdt.sys is the cause.
