[BSOD] - Crashed twice in an hour

Neither time have I seen the error screen itself, but my computer has crashed twice this morning while in the midst of streaming video from Netflix instant view. I guess it doesn't take a genius to guess that this is where the problem is hiding. I lack the current technical knowledge to analyze the dump files myself, so some assistance here would be much appreciated.

    My System

    64-bit OS
    Windows 7 Home Premium
    Manufacturer: Gateway
    Model: DX4300
    Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 805 (2.5 GHz)
    RAM: 8 GB

Attached is both of the dump files created today. I'm not certain if this is redundant or no, but I'd hoped it would help narrow down what the issue is.

    Much appreciated,
    Tilting Clock

We have had issues in the past with Norton/Symantec products causing networking issues and not leaving any trace of that in the error messages. As such, please follow these directions:
    Anti-Virus Removal:
    Please do the following:
    - download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
    - uninstall the Norton from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
    - remove any remnants of Norton using this free tool: Download and run the Norton Removal Tool
    - IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
    - check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
Next, please download a fresh copy of the Win7 driver for your wireless device (yours is from 2007)
If there isn't a Win7 driver available, please post back with the make and model of your wireless device
Then uninstall the current program/driver for your wireless device
Then install the freshly downloaded driver.
