    You have some drivers that are in need for updating.
    Code:
    RT61     RT61.sys     Mon Mar 10 11:17:38 2008 (47D4B662)
    It is your Ralink 802.11 Wireless Adapter Driver

    Code:
    nvmfdx64.sys Tue Jan 16 07:51:05 2007 (45AC2179)
    It is your nVidia nForce Networking Controller Driver (nForce chipset driver), please update it right away
    [nvidia][/nvidia]
    Code:
    fffff880`00da8000 fffff880`00dc3000   jraid    jraid.sys    Tue Nov 04 09:20:09 2008 (490FB159)
    It is your JMicron RAID Driver http://www.jmicron.com/Driver.htm
    Code:
    dump_nvstor64 dump_nvstor64.sys Sat Dec 23 11:07:35 2006 (458CAB87)
    I guess it is your nVidia Storage Driver (nForce chipset driver)

    In looking through your drivers, I see that you have AVG anti virus installed. AVG is known to cause BSOD, on some systems. I suggest that you uninstall it while trouble shooting using the uninstall tool > Info > Tool (32bit) - Tool (64 bit). If you have AVG Identity Protection installed, uninstall it also >Info > Tool. I recommend that you install MSE and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.

    BUGCHECK SUMMARY:
    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff9600071df9c, fffff88005b6aa30, 0}

    Probably caused by : cdd.dll ( cdd!CddBitmapHw::AddCommandBufferReference+44 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    PROCESS_NAME:  setup.exe
    BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80002f53736, fffff880031df508, fffff880031ded60}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!CmpAllocateKeyControlBlock+72 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    PROCESS_NAME:  System
    There is an exception code fffffc0000005, which suggest potential memory issue. I would recommend to download third party called memtestx86, burn it to CD and let it run for at least 5,6 passes.

    wow thanks for the comprehensive reply,

    quick update, i have installed the latest bios for my board f9d which was sent to me via gigabyte since the downloaded bios off their site wasn't compat with win7 64x.

    Since updating the bios a whole bunch of new drivers automaticly installed upon reboot. (including d-link wireless/raid and a couple others i forget now)
    2-3 hours have past now and no BSOD yet, the bsod was happening on a frequency of 1 every 1-3 hours.
    So i'll continue using the pc all day/night and if i get a BSOD again i'll paste the dump.

    with the JMicron driver i'm not sure which one to pick?

    11/26/2009 12:00AM Directory jmb36x05/22/2009 12:00AM Directory jmb38x01/21/2010 02:24AM Directory jmc2xx10/28/2009 12:00AM Directory pubtheres 3 here not sure which is latest, 38 or c2?

    re-install it if you can, coz as I see from the dump, it is date from 2007, which doesn't sound good

    They probably are from 2009, we will see what happens if it BSODs again.

    As for the RAID drivers, given that you have not got a 0x24 (hard drive) BSOD yet I would just ignore them for now.

    More important is for you to run a memory test given the mention of memory corruption in your dumps.

    Memtest - Instructions:

    Download the ISO (or the .exe for USB drives) from here Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

    Then (if you have chosen the ISO) burn the ISO using IsoRecorder: ISO Recorder v3

    Boot from the CD/USB and run the test (at least 7 passes per test) with only one stick of RAM in place at a time.

    It is a time consuming process but it is the only way to be sure it isn't a RAM fault.

    For your final test, run the test with all the RAM in place.

    You can use the exe with an USB drive instead of a floppy.

    make sure you have followed the instruction about memory diagnostic that Reventon and I gave you earlier. You gotta burn it to CD using Iso recorder, then boot it when you start up computer. It is not the program that run in window mode.
    Memory Diagnostic tool is not as effective as Memtestx86 in case you have problem with the memory. If you truly want to test your ram, use memtestx86.
    It's awesome to see that no BSODs yet, may be updating drivers solved the issue. Keep us up to date please

    Tuan

    Edit: Sorry...Didn't see you there Reventon..u're fast
