bootcat.cache

I have a problem, and I need your help, I did all the research on the web about the "PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED" Error, and I understood that all I need to do is to delete the "bootcat.cache" file that is located in C:\Windows\system32\CodeIntegrity\
so that's what I've done, but I don't know why the "bootcat.cache" file won't regenerate when I restart the pc, so i need the new and working "bootcat.cache" can someone upload a one for me, because I've searched all the web and I didn't found nothing.

Beats me. I just checked a 32bit and 64bit system with all files shown and I dont have it on either. What exact problem were you trying to solve by deleting it?
