So I tried the uninstalling of the driver and reinstall. Still does not work. I'm using furmark and evga precision to check my video cards stability. I get freezes that does not unfreeze and still that error.

The dump files pointed directly to your graphics card drivers. So if it is not the drivers then we must assume it is a hardware fault. Monitor temperatures and if the card temperatures appear normal before a freeze then you might have a bad card. Before we jump to that step did you install the new directx?

No, where can I get the new direct x. I just monitored my GPU temperature. It goes up to 60+degrees and thats when it starts to have red pixels and blink then go black.

Ok What do I have to do? Ask the manufacturer for a refund... or new product? I signed up for the life time warranty but have seemed that the site took down my account.

If you have a life-time warranty then get it replaced under that.

Put it simply, my parents threw out my box and the site deleted my account which had the life time warranty. I bought this card a few months ago and was sitting in my room in its box till last weekend.

What brand card is it? If you are very lucky the manufacturer will accept direct returns.
