    BSOD random

    Hi,

I have a HP 6540b laptop with windows 7 x86 installed on it.
Software and image is applied by using SCCM and worked fine for a while.
Since a few weeks BSOD occuring randomly, or when logging off the system.
I installed the image whitout any additional software, only Windwos 7 an it's drivers on the system.
    Problem is still occuring.

I ran sfc /scannow and it tells me it did not find any integrity violations.
    memory tests are ok.

Does anyone has an idea what is going wrong.

    Thanks in advantage.

    Enrico

    Hi and welcome to SF
    STOP 0x00000019: BAD_POOL_HEADER

    Usual causes: Device driver
    Please update this driver:
    Code:
    8e0ec000 8e0f4f00 IFXTPM IFXTPM.SYS Tue Apr 18 15:34:42 2006 (4444A4A2)\
Ifxtpm.sys with description Infineon Trusted Platform Module is a driver file from company Infineon Technologies AG belonging to product Infineon TPM Software.
    Please update it

With only 1 crash dump file, it's hard to fully know what cause BSODs, please upload any new dump if you can
What third party antivirus software are you using?

    Regard,

    Tuan

    Thanks for the quick response.

I do not have any antivirus software installed yet.

I will add some more dumpfiles to the thread.
