Blue screen of death

For the past couple of weeks I have started getting the dreaded BSOD. I can't think of anything I have done to cause it and each event log says the same thing.
Can anyone read these .dmp file
Thanks Terry

These crashes were caused by hardware. Please use these to find what it means and what to try

These crashes were caused by several things but they all point to hardware. Please use these instructions to find out what that means and to figure out what to try.

Code:
0x00000124 00000000`00000000 fffffa80`073ab8f8 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+4a5f3c

 0x00000124 00000000`00000000 fffffa80`07374038 00000000`f2000040 00000000`00000800 hal.dll hal.dll+12903

0x00000124 00000000`00000000 fffffa80`0743b038 00000000`b2000040 00000000`00000800 hal.dll hal.dll+12903
This sort of BSOD pointing directly at 0x124 normally can mean a plethora of different solutions and/or problems. But in your case you have a specific hardware crash: hal.dll+12903

The most common problem I see with this crash is incorrect settings in BIOS for your cpu and/or ram. First check against the manufacturer settings for both items and make sure the settings are correct in BIOS. If they are then do the following:

Run Prime95 to stress test your CPU and then memtest86 to test your ram.

Report back with your findings.

Good Luck!

I have run the Prime 95 test and the memory test both are showing no problems. If it is any help my machine only crashes shortly after logging on and once rebooted will run fine for the remainder of the day.
Any more ideas?
