2 Blue Screens in 20 mins CF brought me here

So it`s their i am here pestering you

My laptop a Packard Bell Win 7 Home Premium 4GB Ram 1TB HD 64 bit has blue screened twicee I have tried to upload the minidump files but apparently they are invalid
CF said "The crash dumps are pointing to ntkrnlmp.exe and NETIO.SYS, both Windows system files with nondescript (hard to pin down) causes. Most references I've seen seem to point to overheating, but it could be an incompatible hardware driver"

Anyother way you can help??

Here is what to replace it with: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Here is a tool to remove ZA: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe

Rich is spot on in his advice. If you have ZA and the dump blames NETIO.sys, it is almost certain that is the issue.

Use this as your anti virus
http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/

and use malwarebytes
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Use the built in windows firewall.

All of the above are very good and free.
