BSOD's and Comp wont boot with 8gig Ram anymore
Hi
Having a couple of issues here they are, at least once a day I get a BSOD for various reasons (when I have time to see it before the comp shuts down) there doesnt seem to be a recurring theme it just does it when it feels like it, when it happened the first time I was running 8gig of GSkill DDR3 ram (4 x 2048) through some internet research I discovered it could have been a dodgy Ram stick (they were the original ones that came with the build in Jan) so I mem tested them all with no issues.
I have reinstalled Windows 7 64bit 3 days ago using the original disk that came with the computer after about 5 BSODs and updated all the drivers, today I flashed the BIOS as it was very old. the computer seems to be running ok atm with 4 gig Ram however if I try to put the other two sticks back in it wont start (wont even display the POST message) it doesnt seem to matter which combination of sticks I use either just that theres not more than 4gig, very frustrating. I have checked all HD's with HD Tune pro and removed one that had bad sectors as a last resort.
I can't think of anything else and have exhausted my limited knowledge, the next step if noone here can help is to return it to the build company but would rather fix it myself if I can....
Please help lol
