    Then you need to run the tool again, cause you have three Kaspersky drivers that are being loaded on boot..

    Well, you removed the application, but it didn't remove the filter drivers (Kaspersky is the same as Symantec in this regard - crap software design, if you ask me). You'll either have to run the tool again, or get device manager to show nonpresent devices and manually remove the non plug-and-play driver device it puts there.
