i just download the f7 one and i cant run it. i extracted it to desktop and tried running the "autoexec" and "FLASHSPI" as administrator and both come up with windows has stopped working and has to cancel and i restarted and still does it

Try booting from the flash drive. F8 should pull up a one time boot menu or you can change the boot order in you current bios. It looks like you have to use the USB drive option.

thanks i figured out how to do that after i did the post and i updated my bios successfully and now the problem has disappeared..... thank you so much for your help

My Computer actually was running fine. I went to Shut it down and it sometimes just restarts instead of fully shutting down. I installed it from a bootable flash drive and have had no other problems with the operating system so far. How can i fix this ? Its really annoying.
