Constant Crashing.

Well the problem is when 1 program doesn't respond, for example; if Firefox doesn't respond then my whole computer doesnt. I have to keep on holding my button to turn it off and on. This happens about 2 - 3 times a day.

Other info:
This is a new laptop, had it for about 2 months. I bought it with Windows 7 64-bit installed.

Please help me.

Hello !! Welcome to SF !!

We need few information about your System.

1, What Internet security are you using ?

2, Start | Event Viewer | Application | check for errors and post us the Errors

3, MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type "msinfo32 /nfo C:\Users\Public\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to the C:\Users\Public\Desktop directory to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.

4, Start | CMD | Right Click and Run as administrator | driverquery.exe > c:\Driver.txt then go to C drive and post us the Driver.txt

Good Luck,
Captain

Has anyone else figured out a workaround to this issue or is uninstalling this the only option? I have had 50 machines over the last day having this problem. Any easy way to uninstall every update? I'm not running WSUS just yet. So manually uninstalling is in my future :/
