Start up problem
Hi geniuses.
I have a problem during the boot process. When i press my Power button its seems like everything is fine, but then this screen that shows the options to make a recovery disc or see the start up message or go to BIOS setting just freezes(and my hard drive diode doesn't blink) for a 1 minute or 2 and then boot Windows . And when I press ESC button to see the start up message it says many things and 1 of'em something like "No TPM or TPM has problem" and I don't see my DVD rom. I was thinking the problem with BIOS and i went to HP(my lap top) site and downloded the latest BIOS version they have and updated it, but it doesn't help. Any suggestions, should i run any memory test or something?
After few hours i checked my DVD drive on another Laptop and it works fine, but when I plug different DVD Rom I have the same issue: very slow boot and no DVD Drive. So it seems like motherboard AGAIN has a problem or its loop(motherboard - DVD Drive) that soldered to it.
