    We really need the actual DMP file.

    If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Start your own thread in the "Crashes and Debugging" section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    * Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

    Easy- ZoneAlarm is the cause. Please remove it with this tool: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe

    Use Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials as your anti-virus, and use the built-in Windows Firewall. Do not use any other firewall.

    Great, thanks for the report.

    Norton, Kaspersky, AVG, McAfee, Avira, etc are all well-known for causing BSODs in Vista and 7. I would say ZA is even worse than them, though, given the amount of crashes it causes.

    Andy these were probably caused by your Zone Alarm. whenever NETIO.sys is blamed it usually is because of zone alarm. You should remove it. It is known to have problems. You can replace it with MSE, or ESET ESS.

    You also have some older drivers that need to be updated.
