Thanks, I will take a look and edit this post.

You have a stop error code of 7E and it points to a hardware issue.
    STOP 0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control,
    Here is the debug analysis:

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff88003c358f9, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff88002dce878, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: fffff88002dce0e0, Context Record Address

Most probably, netio.sys did not cause the crash; something else caused the crash and netio.sys got blamed. Many times this is caused by a network adapter card driver or another driver. The driver below is obsolete. I believe it belongs to your TV tuner.

000.fcl Fri Sep 26 09:11:22 2008 - FCL Driver or Power Control [2009/08/05 18:02:32] or Power Control [2009/05/16 07:18:01] or Power Control [2009/05/11 22:49:34] belongs to the software {22D78859-9CE9-4b77-BF18-AC83E81A9263} or CyberLink FCL Driver or My Book Device Driver or PowerDVD Ultra or CyberLink PowerDVD or OpenOffice.org by Cyberlink Corp (www.gocyberlink.com). Please update this tuner or uninstall it.

It is done. refresh your page. It took a while to go through your drivers. Update your drivers from the manufacturers' websites. Try not use Windows Updates or Device Manager.

I suspect McAfee is the cause. Please remove it with this tool: http://download.mcafee.com/products/...tches/MCPR.exe

Replace it with the free Microsoft Security Essentials.

Problem was solved when I updated all my drivers. I have used McAfee on all my computers and never had a problem with it, every BSOD I have had, have usually been because of drivers, not software

Thank you for reporting back and I am so glad to hear you have not had another crash. Which drivers did you update?

Actually, Jonathan is correct. McAfee is a known cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. If updating the drivers did not solve the problem, that would have been my next recommendation followed by turning on Driver Verifier.

Please post back in a couple of days and let us know how your system is running. It you have had no further crashes, we can mark the thread as solved. If you have another BSOD, please post and upload it ASAP.

    I wish you the best.
