Seems that Mac must have some sort of brain washing or subliminal advertising built in, that kid is just crazy, either that or he has been told to say that rubbish.

For the amount of money you have to pay for decent mac I could build a PC twice as good.

    MAC MAKES ME SICK!

The lines between OS types and users are beginning to get blurred. Mac OS isn't as invulnerable as everyone liked to think, while Windows is slowly but surely tightening things up and making vulnerabilities harder and harder to find and exploit.

I have used all sorts of OS, and as long as I can get the job done, I don't really care. Macs may be a bit more expensive - but on the plus side, when you start comparing Macs and PCs in terms of digital artistry and such, you'll see Macs have traditionally held the lead. Also, what pisses me off more than anything is the whole back and forth fanboyism displayed - OK, so he likes a Mac, she likes Linux, I like W7 and someone else likes XP - is there really any *need* to bash someone else because of their preference?

It's pathetic, really. fanboys need to all go crawl under a rock and wait for extinction.

Or else get fragged to death.

Love your product - don't dis someone else's.

Well said John, I think we should be happy with whatever machine we use. I have Windows, I'm happy, my next door neighbour has a MAC she's happy, it's what she had installed for her to go with her college work although now she's finished college she still has it.
It's a nice looking machine and does what she wants it to only trouble is that when she has problems it's hard to find anyone around the area who can help her and she is in her 70's

Insisting that your OS is the only real choice is a matter of ego not intelligence. Some people only feel good about themselves when they are dissing someone else. They are very unhappy people for the most part.
