How about I make you a Fallout 3 signature with your name on it? lol That would probably be easier

Also, where did you get that blonde dude from, I can make him animated to go from normal to thumbs up and back, etc..

I got the blonde dude (vault boy) from Fallout: Welcome to the Official Site

If you wanted to make a GIF or somthing you would have to look elsewhere

It'll look good, like I said, I work for another hour, have some quick errands to run and I will work on it when I get home :)
