OK, I've re-read the evidence, and I'm going to have to side a bit here with Lastelement0 too. Apparently it is NOT a typo. You get the RC now, and the upgrade to Win 7. The funny part is they advertise you get the RC, but you need to wade through the product page to realize you also get the free Win 7 upgrade when it gets released, which is the main selling point IMO. Go figure!

i joined your club too moved to windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and i'm so happy with not any dirver application or games problem at all i just feel sorry and regret for all that years i have waste with 32 bit. but the past is past from now on 64 bit for ever

my laptop the main spec is

Acer aspire 8930g

intel code 2duo 2.0ghz

4gb ddr 3 ram

320 gb hdd

512 mb nvidia geforce 9600m gs

cant fight the right drivers (probably)
The main problem is that my mouse stops working sometimes... i chaged mouse and still the same (maybe the 2nd mouse less often not sure) so i go to device manager and see that usb + sm drivers are not installed =>code 28 (my windows are in greek so maybe my translation is not perfect) windows: 7...
