9 million dollar mess!!

Here in Washington State we have a large ferry system. So the ferry people decide to upgrade the generators on the Super class ferries. So after we spend 9 million on the generators the head of the ferry department has a suspicion that the wiring on the ferries is incompatible with the wiring. he was right as well so now we have 9 milllion dollars in generators and can't use them.
