If I had a second choice it would probably be the Borg. But they're cyborgs, which you don't have as a choice.
Cylons would be on there too if you had cyborgs.

Terminators are Cyborgs, neither Androids or Robots.

Kitt's more a computer, or A.I.

Oh yeah, didn't see V.I.C.I there on your post list.

Well I guess KITT/ and or his predecessor were supposed to be robots. I would classify robots as at least either having a crude humanoid form or at least a few moving parts like an arm or the likes. Really just like an A.I/computer built into a car. But that's just my opinion.

I'd have to say the one that had the most impression on me was Robby from Forbidden Planet.
