usually as with with the vista beta
    it will either
a)be downloaded from their servers (usually the 90% of the cases)
b)if you attended winhec it will be mailed....(idk if you can order them (technically you'd be paying for the disc and to have it shipped not for the os itself....)
    Don't you mean DevCon? :P

Although I suppose if one went to WinHEC in China they might get it, lol.

Barman, this hasn't changed in days. Doesn't tell the punter much. They aren't exactly keeping people in the loop are they?

According to the info going around; there's no need to be concerned till around 7 January.

    Hi Bellerophon,

I would agree that M$ are not that active at the moment on the Windows 7 Websites, hopefully it's because they're all busy getting the beta ready

The mere fact that the website has appeared in the past few days (and with an ,unfortunately , inactive link to the Beta download for a short while), is in my opinion, good news

I would agree. Anxious to get it, but I'll be busy for the next couple of weeks, so I can wait till January.

maybe its just me or they might be tallying how many people would actually go to the link...
i think it might be in anticipation of how there servers might hold to the demand of the users to try out the beta....

but like i said maybe its just me...lol

This is one possibility, or just a tease Could be they are getting the pages ready and either wanted to test or it got loaded by mistake.

They put the link up deliberately to keep the hype rolling.....and it worked.

Yes; it caught our eye. We're sure feeding the hype. That's ok; it's all part of the game.
