Thank you each for your words of encouragement and your thoughts and your prayers. Your support means more than words can convey. Mae Lyne and I are certainly not happy with the news; but we are not defeated. We both are positive, upbeat, and we believe she will defeat this thing. It is encouraging that the doc's caught it early. The PET scan shows that it is localized, has not spread, and is not in the lymph nodes. She is a strong person and a fighter.

We really appreciate the Seven Forums family.
Carl, You know we are all here for you and pray and hope for the best possible outcome in this rough time for you and Mae Lyne.

Hope this all works out for your wife Carl. It's encouraging that she has an early diagnosis. All the best to you both at this difficult time, John

    Carl.
I was waiting for YOU to post Mae Lyne's condition but knowing you, as you are like me, we try to keep our problems to ourselves.
She has a lot of positive good things going with the early diagnoses and no attachments to lymph systems and a great husband, who is stronger than nails and just as supportive.
The both of you will pull through this especially with today's medical technology. It won't be easy for either of you but we are here for the both of you.
So, if you need anything, swallow your pride and ask, as we will do whatever it takes to help you both pull through this.
You have our Prayers and thoughts with you.

    Carl and Mae Lyne,
Other than being on the forum I don't know you but I have seen Carl's replies, his notes in my personal messages, his thoughtful rep, in other words he's a kind and thoughtful gentleman who hs said many nice things about his marriage and I can not go without telling you I wish you both the best.

I have a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, called Mantle Cell Lymphoma which there is no cure but I am currently in what is called watch & wait. Hold your heads high, seek each other for joy and comfort and if I can help let me know.
