    Thank you all so very much. Reading this thread is very humbling. I don't think I've ever been around so many caring folks.

    All tubes are out including the drainage "hose" and the epidural. She still has the catheter and one IV line for the antibiotics. The doc would have moved her to a room today except for the pneumonia. She is breathing well and normally and dopes well with her breathing treatments. She is now eating regular foods - if hospital food can be called regular. :) She is sore and uncomfortable; but she is not complaining. Maybe tomorrow for a regular room? We hope.

    Carl this is super duper great news today.. glad she can now eat regular food with her sore throat..
    bless her heart...surely she can be put in a regular room soon now.. sure will help you both..then home before long..sending lots of healing hugs and lots of prayers ... as well all know .. those prayers are getting you both through this.Attachment 98872
