Hmm, I have lots: "My maiden name was Meg Ann Childress. Nothing exciting. I married Alan Boner, and now I am Meg A. Boner!"
about 20 years ago we phoned our supermarket from out side and said that there was an emergency ,could they ask michael hunt to call home immediately, we said he's known as mike . then we went into the store to listen to the tanoy, Ive never seen so many shoppers laughing at the same time before.
there is also a surname Badcock! fnar fnar!
I was at school with Beverly Botwright and Tina Feltwell. We used to mix their names together:)
Also my dad's boss also ran a chain of wine merchants called Balls Brothers. Sometimes my mum and dad were invited to there house for dinner.
It use to amuse both my parents that his wife was called Violet Balls.
My old Art teachers surname was Hiscock, that's pretty bad.
Many years ago, as an architectural student, I was taught by a Professor Dickie......who was reputed to have a daughter named Ophelia.
