Hi, To have maximum performance of the monitor, i tried to change the refresh rate of monitor from 60 to 75 hertz. I have been trying some different settings and my current download will stay the same but the max rate would increase which I never get, I increased the max rate from 84 to 90 mbit/s but my current just always stays at 54mbit/s in return my current upload speed does lower from 19 to 15mbit/s.

So if my router is reporting my max line rate is 82 mbit/s but the actual rate getting to the router is 55 mbit/s then what does this suggest ?
