I've been trying to get the "Skilled" achievement for quite some time now. The problem and first, before reading this, was that I thought I need to get 100 posts to get it. Well, after reading this I need 100 Rep Points? So after helping people out with problems today I realized that I still had the 10 Rep points I had to begin with. I guess what I trying to say is that why isin't people repping me after helping out with thier problem? (I'm not doing it for the rep I'm doing it to help other people with thier problem as I know that they will do the same)
Well I Joined this Forums on 12/17/09 and got my skilled badge on 02/22/10 . Compared to me, You are not late at all . In fact if you overlook about the reps and badges that you have, it would be easier to you to participate in the forums activities . If anybody does not rep you, you can do nothing , and you can't add it yourself . So better forget it , reps and badges doesnot make a man .

On the same time , dont stop helping others .... I can make it sure that the desired things will come ... certainly

I got my skilled badge in less than a month, but I am on the website everyday and browsing the forums all the time when I am. Attempting to help people at my best, and researching if I don't know the answer.

If you can't see the rep icon, it is because it is in a non-repping forum or the thread is too old to still give rep to a member. Hope this helps. :)
