Zune HD Help.

I fixed it, it was weird after I called customer service and they put me on hold clearly I knew they were flipping me off cause it was right after I said I was from Canada, so I just hung up, and then I kinda was browsing through my program files after nothing was working and I found a zune folder and deleted it, then it installed properly.
