    Little collaboration never hurt!! Others if you dont want to go through the painstaking process of removing the shadows, feel free to use mine and spiff it up a bit :)

    You can do almost anything to Graphics in Photoshop but Photoshop can take years to learn all of it - its one of the most complex programs there is.
