    Ebay Frustration

So I recently decided I was not going to use ebay anymore due to their lack of customer service and the amount of commission they take. They had some promotion where you could list anything for 10 cents with any starting price so I figured I'd give it one last go.

The only thing that sold is a Creative gaming headset I no longer use for $21.00, problem is it was bought by this gentleman...

    Buyer: swallowmeez( 0 )

    Shipping Address: Swallow MyCum
    625 SE 26th ave
    Oakland Park, FL 33301
    United States
    (954) 210-8772

All I need back is the final value fee, I sent a request to cancel but chances are that won't happen if he bid on my item with the above info. Anyone else have any ideas, since Ebay has NO phone support anymore and their chat ques are 2+hours long.

After I figure this out I'm done with Ebay for good.

It's best to exclude any buyers with a zero feedback rating. You can set that in your options when you present an item for auction.

eBay's alright. I've bought a few iPhones and numerous car parts along with selling a lot of stuff as well.

I hope you don't give up and I trust you have learned from this experience. File a report and re list your item.

No, I don't live in Oakland Park. I don't even know where it is. There are a lot of crazies here in Florida but I'm sure we're not alone.
