First instead of using the word Apple you should have used "Mac" then people would be less incline to be asking questions as to what you meant.

Second: As a Mac user (see specs) I use both the Mac OS 10.6.4 (snowleopard) and Windows Vista (boot camped on the Mac). I have a separate Windows 7 machine that I run Windows 7 and XP sp3 in a VM.

By doing it this way I have all the bases covered. . .

I don't care much for Apple. Not because of what they do or produce but because of some of the tools who use their stuff. I know so many girls who want Mac Books. Not because they will benefit from owning one or because they want to spend that amount of money on the machine to browse Facebook, but because it has a big Apple logo on it to match their iPhone. I know it gets tossed around but the fact remains there is a large percentage of Apple sales that only exist because people think they are a fashion brand and not an electronics / software company.

As for Apple themselves. They produce good stuff no doubt. I just don't have any need for it.

A lot to quote for a little comment (my own comment. =p ) but this is the complete truth. Besides, I like my iPod Touch, not for the brand, but because of how useful it is when jailbroken.

It seems people never use their macs to their fullest potential and use PCs well past their potential

As a home PC user and once a student on Macintosh, I still appreciate the windows environment over Apple, it could easily be years of conditioning or with a growing array of resources it is much easier to gain further knowledge and familiarity.
