Jon, Mae Lyne, my wife, has been using a CPAP machine for almost a year now. It has made all the difference in the world. We both get sleep now!Only at night, when trying to sleep. The wife tells me i snore and stop breathing.
Went for a sleep clinic a while ago, where the monitored me.
Specialist told me today, i stop breathing around 32 times per hour, with the longest time being 75 seconds. Called sleep apnea.
No wonder i wake up tired.

She went through the sleep tests and found she quit breathing 62 times with 26 of those events being major. She would sometimes wake up with a start and sit up gasping for air. Her O2 level dropped so low, they put her on O2 for the rest of the study.
I hope you have the same success with your CPAP as she has had. She uses a comfortable fabric mask called the Sleep Weaver.

Hope it works out OK for you Jon, my husband suffers from it but not severe enough to need a machine yet although a friend of mine has used one for years.

Thanks, I did not anticipate that anyone was going to view my webpage at such a high resolution. Any tips on how I can keep it uniform? If i remember corectly I should use css, but havn't reviewed in ~6 months
