Today I have moved my photos taken yesterday from the camera to the PC. In midafternoon on Oct. 9, I got this one......the flag flying above our "screenhouse" which sits just above the beach at my grandmother's house.

Always a bittersweet day....the fall day when the boats come out of the water for the winter and the dock is pulled in.
noob that's a lovely photo you shot.. I love water but am landlocked.. I used to go to Fla.. in July, annually.. haven't been back in forever.. I'm wanting to feel sand in my shoes again.
Thanks for sharing your part of the world.

One thing you don't normally see in October in upstate New York....5 water-skiers in Santa hats behind a boat!

Yesterday was the birthday of a coworker and I partied till late. After a long night, I woke up hardly. But today is the birthday of my dear mother and it is a beautiful day. After a rainy and cold week the sun came. I love the sun, a great day....
