I dont know what can I say in such a situation .... I just can say that this fact is bringing tears in my eyes and I am trying to hide it . RIP my nephew .

Only at night, when trying to sleep. The wife tells me i snore and stop breathing.
Went for a sleep clinic a while ago, where the monitored me.

Specialist told me today, i stop breathing around 32 times per hour, with the longest time being 75 seconds. Called sleep apnea.

No wonder i wake up tired.

Is there any treatment? They can help you? For a more peaceful sleep I put a few drops of essential oil of lavender on the pillow.
