Quick style chooser

Hi I'm new to Windows 7 Forums :) and to be honest with I came here to learn the first thing i did after activation was to use the "Quick Style Chooser", and what hit like a ton of bricks is that the entire WEB, every page, every browser should have a "Quick Style Chooser" THIS IS BRILLIANT. now i know you'll say pages have style editors and browsers have themes but which one of these is as simple as the "Quick Style Chooser" in Windows 7 Forums. I ask you.
