    Ventrillo/chat

Dunno if this has been discussed before (please move to the relative section if need be) but wouldn't it be cool if 7 forums had its own ventrillo chat channel or some other form of freeware voice/chat program for those that might be interested ??? might be kind a cool to actually talk/converse/discuss issues from time to time :)

    @ Dennis
Nick this might be another of those problems with the varied time zones in play on the forum, mind you I've just upgraded my Windows Live Suite and installed Messenger for the first time on a machine of mine.

Absolutely, a Ventrilo server would be awesome!! Obviously the timezone thing would come into play but I think it would still get a lot of action (I know I'd be on there a lot)

I think our admins have discussed this before as it takes up a lot of resources on the servers. Ths SF Gadget has an individual chat & a lot of us use Windows Live for chat.

I could probably get us a Vent server for free if the demand was high enough
