Who Knows What a Kolache Is?
I am curious if Kolache's are only a southern United States thing or if other parts of the US or World has them. == They are a biscuit cooked with a sausage or egg or cheese or any combination of the three inside. Does your part of the World have them?

its generally the poor quality meat inside and some are even bright pink , when i lived in the midlands there was a bakery chain called Chatwins and they made lovely pork and apple sausage rolls ,ive never had better since, but i've had a few poor ones, i now eat pasties
