Ever hear the phrase Bigger is better? :P

A screen like that is bound to be on the big size, though I'm sure they will make a slimmer, cheaper and multitouch version in the future (praying for that)

would this fan cool the CPU
If i were to install this fan on a Phenom II x4 965,while overclocked to about 3.8-3.9ghz. would this cpu cooler and 3 other fans(two 120mm and one 92mm) be able to cool this cpu down enough

I have been experimenting on various homemade cooling systems and ideas. One question I have not been able to find an answer for is, what are the lower limits of cpu function in regards to temperature? 10 degrees C? sub zero degrees C?
