Windows 7: Is there a program to select the boot drive?

Is there a program to select the boot drive?

I know this can be done in the BIOS, but I wanted something I can put on a floppy to change between booting from the IDE drive or CD-ROM drive, because I have ubuntu installed on the HDD and boot&nuke on the cd, because the machine is used for destroying hdd's or testing stuff (like network switches, routers) and I dont want the ubuntu drive destroyed.

DELETE - I over thought this, just going to setup somethings differently here
