Jim, you revealed a secret. Maybe Dinesh wants to forget the first 10 months here (12th of February 2008- 11th of December 2008), when he was just a n00b?

Not quite Kari, in the US method, that's Dec. 2nd 2008, believe that's what Jim was pointing out

I owe an apology to all of you. I am so used to this DD-MM-YYYY, I always forget the American need to be different...

Of course. Dinesh joined December 2nd 2008. It's easier when one or another number is 13 or more, then you at least know which is what, like 25-12-2010.

So Dinish missed his birthday, it was on the 2nd of December not the 12th as he said, he also got his
member number wrong, I am begining to think he actually caught that bottle in his avatar at last. You need a day off, the Irish are getting to you.

Many Thanks for Many Years
Greetings All, Today I pulled the trigger in finally deciding to join "Forums." It's taken awhile to make that decision inasmuch as my visiting here has occurred many times over many years and, certainly, beyond just one OS release. In this Tech/Web World to which all of us have somehow...

The Mac is gone (after 24 years)
As per heading the Mac computer system is no longer taking up space on my desk. It wasn't easy, but I did it (going through withdrawal at present time). Gave it to my youngest son (39) because he like me was (he still is) a huge Mac user. (See "specs") on what I have now. The one way of...
