As a professional driver, I logged 1.5 million miles during my career driving an 18 wheeler... I lost my license in 2002 due to medical issues ( my first stroke )... however ( physical disabilities not withstanding ) I have no doubt that I could jump back in the saddle and take off on a cross country run with no problem!!
Kari.. Driving is like sex ... you never forget ... you just get out of practice!!
Today I came home at 6am n slept ttll 2pm. I'm on the way to office now. The shift will end by 5am and I'll be back home by 6am tomorrow. However I've to go with Kavita for her medical check up at 8am. It will take at least 2 hrs. I'm not working tomorrow so she won't let me sleep in the afternoon. In other words, i've to remain awake for around 34 hrs. I'm dead...
You mentioned taking Kavita for her medical check up...........Is she ok or just a routine check up?
Julian: Thanks for the tip.
Dennis: She got a new job in a bank so they want a medical check up certificate from her before she can join the new job...
Today, FedEx guy delivered the new furniture of the store i work in, since i'm in charge of the day shift, i had to take care of ALL the furniture, so.. 5 chairs (easy) one desk (kinda heavy) and a 320lbs shelf!!!!! now i can't stand my arms, i have a bad cut in my hand and i'm sure it'll hurt even more tomorrow morning
