Oh goody!! One just popped up about 1-2 miles south of me and headed dead on about .5mi from Grafton.

Well it is gone. It moved off to the NW not due north.

Tornado Warnings for another half hour.
The storms are moving at 60mph+.
Looks like rain and thunder here.
We are in the split again. One went north by 5 the other appears going south by 5 miles or so.

Not good for St. Louis County.

If I disappear the power went out I didn't leave "Illinois with Toto".
Doesn't sound good Hoppy! I'm not too far from you (in Milwaukee) and we're having very weird weather too. Unseasonably warm at 52 degrees, with pea-soup fog and thunderous rumblings! There are 'storm warnings' all over the place, but we've just had some drizzle, so far.

Update: Just read your post that your bad weather's passed you by. I think it's coming our way, cause it's getting worse here as the day goes on. Nice evening to stay home cozy and warm -- but it's New Year's Eve and I've got a big date babysitting for 2 of my little grandsons, 3 1/2 and 7! We'll have fun!
