Mike, I wish you a speedy recovery. Pleurisy is certainly no fun. I've had one expereince with it and I do not need a repeat.

The sun is out today so that means I can start pruning the roses and crepe myrtle.
Mike, hope you are feeling better. Haven't had no one to harass me so hurry back.

I've been home alone first time since coming home from hospital in October, Angie has been a few days on a short spa holiday with her mother. Still two days to go. Coping OK, it's just that I notice old bad habits are creeping back; Ive been almost around the clock online since they left, only sleeping a couple of hours every now and then.

It's 4:30 AM now and I just decided to finish that whisky bottle next to mouse pad, meaning at least an hour or two more before hitting the bed.

    When the cat's away...

Just be careful Angie doesn't come home to find you curled up on the ground unconscious! :)

No, she took care of that before she left. A nice lady drops by two times daily, early in the morning and late afternoon. That's why I'm not behaving too badly; I suspect the lady in question does not report to maid service only, but to Angie, too...
