Best wishes for the scan Mike hope it's not bad news I think you've had enough of that.

Nigel it's so good to see you posting again, I'm late here today and only just seen your message, typical as I'm shutting down for the night soon, but wanted to give you my best wishes and hope you continue to get better. My husband had the six at a time steroid tablets over the Christmas period, he's just about back to normal now, whatever normal is

Doing the Ultrasound at 11:30 tomorrow weather permiting.
6-8 inches of snow forecast this evening into tomorrow.

If I can get out of my driveway they keep the roads fairly clear around here.
I'll back in tonight and get a running start.

Where is the DeLorean when you need it?
Mike, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Yeah. Good to see you back Nigel. I'd registered that you hadn't been around but figured you were on holiday or something.
Never knew you had health problems. Hope everything works out for you. Best wishes, John:)

Today I am finally feeling myself again enough to post here again.

Around Christmas my long term health condition took a turn for the worst and I have been a little too ill to post much other than keeping in touch with the other mods and admins.

I am glad to say that it appears that the latest change to my meds (including a dose comprising 8 steroid tablets at once ), appears to be working and the COPD Exacerbation seems to be under control.

Sorry that I have not let people know where I've been and a public thank you to BooBah for reminding me, indirectly, of my oversight, but I should now be back to normal once I have caught up with missed sleep

PS. It's great to be home
Hope the new medication works for you Barman, you were missed take care and look after youself
