Ever hacked an iPhone? Yeah, one has to be pretty "stupid" to do that.
WinSCP in and change settings. Toss in a few sudo's, some mkdirs, throw in a few chmods ... it's fun. There are easier ways to install apps not in the App Store, to be sure, like Cydia, but when one has his own app not hosted in a repository, sometimes a few extra steps are needed. Also, tweaking the iPhone's defaults is a lot of fun, too. Someone "stupid" would just brick their iPhone.
Tell me again, DeanP, how "stupid" it is, OK?
