What do you all use to get the photo's of your phones on here, just tried using my digital camera but couldn't get a clear shot, just thought wonder if my web cam will work.
You need to Root your HTC WildFire to take a screenshot of the Home screen. But the latest version of Android (Ice cream Sandwich) has this feature without any rooting.
Thanks Shyam, had a look at the link and to be honest I don't think I'll bother it's not a feature I really need and I'm happy with the apps I'm able to get with my Wildfire, I know I'm behind on version again but I like the phone.

It's a newer version of Android than I had on my LG, which I couldn't get to update no matter how many times I tried, even using the official LG software.

If you have a look on the market some apps may be able to allow you to do it without having to root it etc.

I know this is an old thread but I've just found out how to take a screen shot of my new phone, I'm still playing so the set up will change several times before I settle on the look I like.

    Looks nice Joan.

I've been thinking about getting a Windows 8 phone with my renewal. How do you like using a Windows 8 phone versus an Android phone so far?

I like it, I don't have the latest version, in fact I think it's probably one of the first versions it's the Lumia 520.

Android phones I'd say have a lot more apps and of course it depends on what you want to do with your phone what apps you want. So far I'm finding what I need but someone who's a lot more techy may want more than it can offer.
It takes brilliant photo's and will automatically send them to Skydrive. I'm still playing so haven't settled on a particular theme or colour and I keep altering the tiles as I've not settled on which ones I want on the Start screen.
Whether it's because I already use Windows 8 on my Notebook I've found using it very easy I don't know but so far I'm preferring this phone to my Android HTC. It's nice to be able to use it without keep getting the message that the internal memory is low, even though there was hardly anything thing on the thing.

If you do get one I hope you enjoy it as much I do using mine. :)

Cache garbage on android is annoying. Many will start having problem when its size begin to take up internal space. I think Android developer should integrate cache cleanup into the system as autorun apps.
Btw, it is nice to find that in my latest Samsung Galaxy we can take screenshot by wiping our palm across the screen.

Looks nice Kevin, I agree with you about the Internal memory but I thought it was more of a problem on HTC phones. I was forever having to clear out the data cache even when I was doing anything and when it told you to put things on the micro card to save space there was never anything it could move to it.

At least my Nokia has plenty of Internal memory plus it has a 4GB card in as well.
